We’re thrilled to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, no matter the size or value! Whether your order is 1$ or 1,000$, we’ll deliver it to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges.

We have 2 Delivery Options

1st is Normal Free Shipping and 
2nd is Express Shipping which is Faster and more Reliable which costs 3.49$.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 7-15 business days, and another Delivery Option known as Express Delivery Costs 3.45$ in which 3 to 8 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your package in real-time.

  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver all over the world, ensuring everyone can experience the GlowWave difference.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Conditions for Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  2. Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  3. Proof of Defect: For defective products, customers must provide clear photos or videos showcasing the defect.

  4. Reason for Return: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. Change of mind or dislike is not considered a valid reason.

  5. Restocking Fee: A 10-15% restocking fee might be applied to the refund amount.

  6. Original Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included with the return.

  7. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • If you don’t like it or without any valid reason of returning. There will be no refund of amount.

  • Return Shipping on Orders: Weather you bought the product with free shipping or express shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opening a Chargeback isn’t the solution of the problem. If you opened a chargeback instead of talking to us about your problem. We will talk to your bank and will decline your chargeback amount. ( Thanks for your understanding )
